1 - How to order:

Login as a client to enjoy all the services Quatro Luas Online Store has to offer you. This registry is free.
Choose the products and quantities you wish, adding them to the shopping cart that will show you the Sub-total (products x quantity) of all the items you are acquiring. When you begin to order, our site will add all the values, associating shipping and handling fees.

When you fill the registration form you must include a shipping adress. It doesn’t need to be your own. This way you will be able to send your shopping to anyone and anywhere you want.

2 - Shipping:

As some of our products are unique pieces you may not be able to acquire the items in the quantity you want. In that case we will get in touch with you offering other alternatives.
Shipping will be made after payment.
When shipping occurs you will receive an e-mail (previously given by you during your login) with the CTT Registry Code that allows you to track your order. (CTT is the Portuguese Postal operator). This can be made directly through the CTT website or through a link available in our home page.

Why CTT?
CTT is our only shipping postal operator. We never had any complaint of our customers while working with them and postage is not expensive.

3 - Deliveries:

Portugal
Continent deliveries may take from 1 to 3 working days from the expediction date.
Madeira and Azores Islands deliveries may take from 2 to 8 working days from the expediction date.

Rest of the world
Depends on the destiny Country.

4 - Pricing and Taxes:

International orders may have import duties and taxes applicable to the destination of shipment that Quatro Luas Online Store cannot be responsible for. Please check with your local shipping agent or customs agent.

Due to the volatile nature of the essential oil market, price commitment is made on the placement of order only.

5 - Returns and Replacements:

The acquired products can be returned 15 days after you receive them as long as they are re-packed carefully for return and arrive in re-saleable condition (unopened), along with any promotional gifts that might be sent with those products.
Replacement or reemborsement will then take place.
Reemborsement is made through IBAN.
Transportation fees for returns and devolutions will be at customer’s expense.

6 - Cancellations:

Orders canceled after 24 hours of payment will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Orders not confirmed (payed) after 2 weeks from the time of order placement will be automatically cancelled and removed from our database.
